I founded Steinmiller Associates, Inc. in 1982. I served the insurance business for over 45 years. My joy came from talking with clients and catching up with those who have been with us since our beginning. Now, I entrust my two daughters to uphold our service image. Every now and then I stop into the office to check on them; but truthfully, I know in my heart that they do not need the oversight.

Being in the insurance business for over two decades, Kristen Steinmiller is confident in her ability to assist her clients and enfold them into the family and friend culture Steinmiller Insurance has developed. Her specialty is in writing new commercial and personal insurance policies.

Her dad looked forward to going to work everyday and so does Kristen. Just think – a day filled connecting with family and friends! She has the opportunity to follow life’s paths of her clients and step in to assist with insurance issues along the way.

Since 2004, Robyn has been a licensed insurance agent in property, casualty, life, accident, and health insurance. She is also part of the second generation serving Steinmiller Insurance clients.

Robyn joined her family members in business because she saw them enjoying their work. In particular, she likes the challenge of making insurance easier for clients to understand. And, she rises to the challenge of making herself accessible to clients, by voice, email, text, or in person. Everyday is a good day, working with family and friends.

With three plus decades in the insurance profession, Laurie Sweet, a licensed broker, looks forward to referrals from a long history of client relationships. Laurie wants to be counted on to deliver excellent service, while being honest. Her rewards come through referrals, which she believes are the best forms of compliments.

Laurie feels that Steinmiller Insurance has built a comfortable and fun atmosphere in which to work and serve clients. The team enjoys being together, which makes coming to work everyday, enjoyable.

Mike Shay began his insurance career in the early 2000s. He has been kept ‘on his toes’ in a never-ending learning curve, to stay in-the-know about insurance coverage changes and to develop an understanding about how to best protect clients.

As part of a life team, Mike works with his clients to reduce their risks, solve problems, and contribute to their successes. Mike can be found filing new claims, completing personnel forms, auditing accounts, and explaining coverage. He has found that a hot topic these days is cyber liability. But no matter what the day holds, Mike enjoys the family environment at Steinmiller Insurance, which includes relatives and friends!

You will have the opportunity to meet Emma Johnson when calling the Steinmiller Insurance office line, or when stopping into the office. In addition to responding to callers and visitors, Emma will be assisting clients selecting the best insurance coverage for their personal needs; because through Emma's experience at Steinmiller, she wanted to solidify all she was learning about insurance, so she pursued her insurance license! She loves the family atmosphere and the fact that every day presents different opportunities to help prospects and clients. Her favorite part is presenting insurance options to customers in an easy-to-understand way. Emma secretly enjoys problem solving, too! She is looking forward to growing her customer base with the Steinmiller Insurance team and building personal relationships along the way. She plans to continue learning at Steinmiller while working within the dynamic insurance industry.
