Both Kristen and Robyn personally go above and beyond when handling my insurance questions and needs. When I call either of them I get an answer immediately. If they have to investigate, a reply is given to me in a timely manner. I receive personal communications from them reminding me of payments and due dates to avoid any chance of cancellations. In today’s busy world and economic challenges, this is very important to me. I have been a customer of Steinmiller since 1980 and have been very pleased. I have three homes insured with them and three vehicles at this time, but over the years they have fulfilled all my insurance needs. My two sons are also customers of Steinmiller, one for personal insurance and the other for business insurance. In fact, I wish they could insure my property and vehicles that are not in New York state. They are constantly monitoring my policies and, in fact, were able to write a policy for my auto insurance that saved me over $350 a year. I have recommended them to friends on several occasions and, more often than not, they also switch their business to Steinmiller. I would highly recommend this agency.
